StampTerra Application Process
Pre-dilute StampTerra with clean water in precise dosages before it is uniformly mixed with the soil.
Mix rigorously the soil and the percentage of cement required for the rammed-earth design.
Shake the diluted StampTerra water mix thoroughly before use.
Spray the StampTerra water mix over the dry ingredients and blend them thoroughly and slowly.
Continue the above process with a skid steer loader until the batch is completed.
Add water while blending until the desired consistency is achieved.
Once the batch is fully homogeneous, workable, and evenly consistent, shovel it into the formwork and compact it in layers to the desired specifications.
